All content published on this website, including but not limited to digital sewing patterns, printed patterns, instructional kits, curriculum structures, graphics, logos, and text, is the exclusive property of Happy Days Sewing and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

Purchasing a digital or printed pattern grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the design for individual crafting. It does not grant you the right to reproduce, distribute, resell, or share the files or printed materials, either commercially or for free. Commercial production of garments using Happy Days Sewing patterns requires explicit prior written consent.

Workshop and Event Liability

Happy Days Sewing hosts in-person instructional workshops at our Telford studio. While we take every precaution to ensure a safe learning environment, sewing involves the use of sharp tools, needles, and electrical equipment.

Attendees are required to follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor.
Happy Days Sewing is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property sustained during a workshop, except where such liability cannot be excluded by UK law.
Specific safeguarding policies and age restrictions apply to our youth and adult workshop sessions, the details of which are provided at the time of booking.

Digital Products and Downloads

Due to the immediate, accessible nature of digital sewing patterns, all sales of digital files are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital downloads once the purchase is complete. If you experience technical difficulties accessing your files, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure that the sizing, fabric requirements, and instructional steps in our patterns and kits are accurate. However, Happy Days Sewing cannot be held responsible for variations in final garment fit due to individual fabric choices, printer scaling issues, or user error.

Governing Law
