Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with Happy Days Sewing. This policy outlines how we handle the delivery of our digital files, physical crafting supplies, and in-person event bookings.

Digital Patterns & Workshop Bookings

• Digital Sewing Patterns: Delivered instantly. Upon completing checkout, you will immediately receive an email containing the secure download links for your PDF patterns. No physical items will be shipped.

• Instructional Workshops: Workshop seats are secured digitally. You will receive a booking confirmation and pre-event reminders via email. You do not need a physical ticket; simply arrive at our Telford studio on the date of your session.

Physical Orders (Printed Patterns & Kits)

All orders containing physical items (printed patterns and beginner crafting kits) are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays). You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio.

UK Domestic Shipping

We ship across the UK using Royal Mail].

Missing or Delayed Packages

If you haven’t received your physical order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at admin@happydayssewing.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you immediately.
