Join us for our Confident Beginner Sewing Classes

New to sewing and fancy giving it a go? This is the perfect place to start.

Join us for a relaxed, hands-on 3 or 4 hour session where you'll develop your sewing skills  at your own pace, with friendly support every step of the way. Only basic sewing experience needed — just bring yourself and a little curiosity, and let's unleash your creativity!

Everything's provided — sewing machines, fabric, thread and all the bits and bobs — so there's nothing to buy or bring. Just turn up at our friendly Wellington studio in Telford, ready to have a go.

We keep our classes small, with only 4 places per session, so you'll always have plenty of help on hand.

You'll make simple projects designed especially for confident beginners — nothing too  complicated, just lovely, straightforward makes that are designed to help you develop your sewing skills and techniques and help you grow in confidence as you travel along on your sewing journey.

It's the perfect way to meet new friends, learn to sew and get a little crafty.

Make & Take: you'll create a hands-on project to proudly take home — and you'll get to keep the sewing pattern too, ready to make again and again.

These classes are for adults and older teens

Sessions run every Sunday:  10:00 to 13:00 or 14:00 (depending on the project)
